meeting summary

What we have done this week;

1. Making advertisements : Monesa and Yang made 1, Jay made 1, so we have two new version of advertisements.(Well done and thank you guys!)

2. Answers of report 1 to 4: Jong Hwa wrote report question 1 and 2

                                                   Jay wrote report question 3 and 4

What we have to do next;

1. Sujee is going to write report question 9 and 10 till Sunday midnight and to send Monesa. She will collect and check.

2. Yang is going to write report question 5 and 6 till Tuesday after our selling product, which will be tomorrow.

3. Monesa is going to write report question 7 and 8 till Tuesday and check every answers of report and send to Sujee till Tuesday midnight. 

4. Sujee is going to finish off our final report till Wednesday midnight and to send us. We can check each other before the submission.

5. Monesa is going to make presentation file till Wednesday midnight, so send her your key words and images as soon as possible. It must be helpful to make things easy.  

6. We are going to sell our product at Penrhyn Road Campus tomorrow (Monday 26^th April). Sujee, please let us know what time and when we can sell our product exactly.

Agenda

1. Report and presentation : question 1, 2 – Jong Hwa Park

Susan will collect them and finish them off for final submitting (3000 words business report). Susan, please make sure that you finish writing 3 days before handing it, we can check together then. If there is any problem with it, please let us know immediately, we can find out the solutions.

Every member is going to send the answer of report and power point slides to Monesa by coming Friday. Monesa is going to marshal presentation file till next Monday.

2. Sell products: Sujee is going to find out place for selling it. Sujee, please let us know where and when we can sell our scarves as soon as you get it. In addition, please let us know the progress how it is going to be.   

3. In terms of ideas of Advertisement, Jay, Jong Hwa, Yang Rong and Monesa brought different ideas today. And we decided to make an advertisement video by Monesa’s idea on Thursday.

4. Next meeting : Jong Hwa will be available from Wednesday afternoon. Please let us know your possible time.

5. Yang Rong appreciate to us for bring 10 pound today. Susan, please bring 10 pound next meeting.
